Terms of use (EULA)
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms apply to the UsTonight mobile applications published by Walking River (“we,” “us”). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Support: michael@walkingriver.com.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use UsTonight for your private, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms and applicable store rules.
Purpose & not professional advice
UsTonight offers respectful activity ideas and conversation prompts for married couples. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis intervention. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you face abuse, addiction, mental health crisis, or severe marital conflict, seek qualified professionals and trusted faith leaders when appropriate.
Your responsibilities
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the app only as intended for adults in marriage.
- You are responsible for how you use suggestions— they are invitations, not obligations.
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the app or our services.
- You may not use the app to harass, exploit, or harm others or to upload unlawful content through any feature.
Optional AI features
On supported devices (on by default), AI suggestions are generated on your phone using your operating system’s on-device AI. Output may be imperfect or unsuitable for your situation. You may disable AI at any time in the app. See our Privacy policy for details.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walking River and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
App stores
If you obtained the app through Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms are third-party beneficiaries of certain provisions as required by their terms. This EULA is between you and Walking River, not the store operator.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or discontinue features. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access if you violate these terms.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
